Terms and Conditions
FREE Commercial Trial – Terms & Conditions
1. MultipackFood and the client will agree in advance on the purposes and parameters for the FREE Commercial Trial in question
2. MultipackFood will make available production space, equipment, and trained personnel as appropriate for the product trial
3. The value of these resources will be calculated by MultipackFood at pre-determined hourly rates for each input
4. MultipackFood is offering a trial at no cost to the client up to the value of $2,500 (per the hourly rate as calculated at point 2.)
5. The client agrees that they will, along with MultipackFood, make every effort to achieve the agreed purposes of the trial within the allocated value
6. The client agrees that they will cover additional costs at the agreed hourly rates should they wish the trial to continue beyond the $2,500 MultipackFood commitment
7. MultipackFood reserves the right, at its sole discretion:
- to amend, change, end or extend this FREE Trial Commercial Packaging offer.
- to refuse to accept any new client under this offer.
